By providing superior commercial cleaning services
and by efficiently and expeditiously handling
customer service requests and rectifying customer
service issues, we Pride our customers. Customer
satisfaction is the secret to our success. We
want our customers to know we take pride in everything
we do.
The word Pinnacle is defined
as reaching “Peak Performance.” Our
objective is to keep our customers so satisfied
that they would never think of looking anywhere
else for service, and to help each employee of Pinnacle to
be “the very best they can be”.
Pinnacle Pride is a new program
we have developed to recognize our employee’s
hard work and dedication. This program
recognizes and rewards employees who have “gone
the extra mile” to provide excellent customer
service.
Management maintains a Pinnacle Pyramid
Pledge card for each employee. This card
assists Management in rewarding and keeping track
of the individuals who have gone the extra mile
in satisfying one of our customers or assisting
a co-worker.
