Our
journey in the commercial cleaning business
begins with the purchase of a ServiceMaster
franchise in Camden County, New Jersey with
a staff of ten employees. Our first
year with the ServiceMaster franchise system,
we were honored with the Eagle Award for
largest dollar volume growth for a new franchise. |
| 1988 |
We continue
our growth with emphases on customer service.
Company reaches mile stone of seventy five
employees. |
| 1989 |
Growth continues and
we move our offices from a home based business
to our new location with a total of 600 square
feet. |
| 1990 |
Expansion
is explosive! Two new markets were opened
with the purchase of an existing ServiceMaster
Franchise in Cumberland County, New Jersey,
with 40 employees and $300,000.00 in revenue
and opening a new franchise in the center
city Philadelphia.
The company surpasses a million
dollars in revenue and employs one hundred
and twenty five employees. We move again
to larger facilities to accommodate our growth.

| 1991 |
Continuing
our expansion we merge an independent cleaning
contractor into our operation.
We achieved a ranking as
one of the top ten franchises in North America
in dollar volume out of more then 3,600 franchises
in ServiceMaster. |
| 1992 |
We purchased another existing
franchise in the Mercer
County with eleven employees and $125,000.00
in
revenue. Our staffing exceeds 200 employees.
Two years running we are
ranked as one of the top ten
franchises in dollar volume in North America. |
| 1993 |
Expansion
is again realized with the purchase of another
existing franchise in Burlington County,
New Jersey. Three years running we are ranked
in the top ten franchises in North America. |
| 1994 |
Expansion and
growth have taken a toll on the company resources
and partnership. The challenges of dividing
the company and reorganizing the structure
of the company become top priority for management.
In years to come this reorganization, with
help from our associates and banking relationships,
propels us to rethink our strategy and control
growth. |
| 1995 |
We
terminate our relationship with the franchise
system and PINNACLE BUILDING SERVICES was
born. This was a monumental step forward
for our company. The name; “PINNACLE” was
chosen to lead our independence and to achieve
and be at the highest level of service to
our customer and employees.

| 1996 |
Our new corporate strategy
was in place with emphases on organic and
targeted growth. Customer service and quality
would be second to none.

We expanded our services in to
carpet cleaning with a new company,
Pinnacle Carpet & Upholstery, Inc.
Also our organic growth with
three customers widens our geographic area
in to Atlantic, Cape May Counties in New
Jersey as well as the northern tip of Delaware. |
| 1997 |
To
meet our customer requirements and to continue
our growth we developed a Section 8a program
to create Pinnacle Complete Maintenance.
This company is a State of New Jersey Certified
Women Business Enterprise (WBE). |
| 1998 |
We move in to our new
5,000 square foot offices to accommodate
new support staff and growth. Acquisition
of Dyno-Foam Carpet Cleaning to
future expands our carpet cleaning division. |
| 1999 |
Pinnacle
is honored with an invitation, one of sixty
companies, out of fourteen hundred companies
world wide to be chosen to participate in
a three year program called “Birthing
of Giants”, presented by MIT and Inc.
Magazine at MIT Endicott house, Dedham, Ma.
Participated in Catholic
Charities program to help employ and support
refugees from war torn countries of Kosovo
and Bosnia
Our number of associates
grows to over 400 plus.
Second year of Birthing of
Giants classes are completed. |
| 2001 |
A Congressional Commendation
honoring Pinnacle and UPS for its positive
contribution to the South Jersey Region by
providing employment opportunities and a
standard of excellence in the work-force.
Invited to World Economic
Summit in Chicago with some of nation’s
top CEO’s talking about their company’s
strategies and world events. One of twenty
invited to have lunch with Jack Walsh and
Michael Dell on corporate strategies.
Complete third year of Birthing
of Giants.

Pinnacle is invited
to 3M world headquarters in
Minneapolis to participate in Six-Sigma and
commercial cleaning industry classes. |
| 2003 |
Invited to Dell Computers
with Thomas J. Meredith (former CFO 1992-2000)
in Austin TX for lectures on performance
measurements, virtual integration and Dell
History. Visited and toured BTW, Dell’s
factories that have won every award for productivity
and innovation. Also question and answer
section with two division president.
Euro
Stone and Concrete Restoration
is formed to employ new technology
from Sweden to grind, hone and polish
stone and concrete. The growth of the company
is exceeding expectations.
Pinnacle enrolls
top management in Six-Sigma to become certified
Green Belt. Also we anticipate becoming Certified
ISO 9002 Company in near future. |
| 2004 |
Pinnacle
concentrates on intensifying Euro Stone Concrete & Restoration's
specialty services and joins the Marble Institute
of America. Pinnacle now employs over 500
associates.

| 2005 |
Under
the direction of a newly hired Vice President
of
Marketing, contracts were signed by Sony Disc
Manufacturing and NFL Films.
We also entered into the healthcare industry
with SilverCare Center, adding
to Pinnacle's attractive portfolio of diversified
customers.

| 2006 |
Pinnacle
moves to new headquarters in Runnemede, NJ.
The
new10,000 square foot state of the art facility
enables
Pinnacle to meet the demands of future growth.
