Pinnacle
establishes parameters for each cleaning area
during program inception. Our Computerized Inspector
Program allows us to build new inspection
templates, schedule and perform inspections,
assign inspectors, create graphs and reports,
and share completed inspections using export
and import utilities.

The Maintenance Analysis Program (M.A.P.) helps
calculate, track, manage and control cleaning and
maintenance costs, as well as performs and analyzes
inspections. Once facility information is input,
M.A.P. creates customized reports showing the costs
of products, equipment, labor, procedures, inspection
results and more. It's an invaluable tool when
tracking and comparing costs and performance for
budgeting, bidding, cost justifications, scheduling
and training.
