
Robert
D. White -President – Pinnacle Building Services
Founding his business in 1987, Bob purchased a
janitorial franchise with only 10 employees in
Camden County, New Jersey. Since then Bob has continued
to increase development and expansion of the organization.
In 1996 the decision was made to leave the franchise
system and become an independent company. Now servicing
more than 200 customers with 400+ employees, Pinnacle
Services is one of the leading building maintenance
companies in the Tri-State area. Prior to establishing
the company, Bob was co-founder of Precision Tool
Sharpening. Bob is married, with three children.
Mary
E. White-President – Pinnacle
Complete Maintenance
Mary joined our company in 1989 and since has
been a valuable asset with her capability to
adapt and excel in many functions. She holds
a Business Administration degree with honors,
which has assisted her in management of operations
and overall company development. Mary has also
been WBE State Certified and holds many hours
of industry related training. Prior to joining
our team, Mary held a position of Assistant Program
Director for the Department of Defense Child
Development Services in West Germany.
June
Hettler-Comptroller
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical ability, and a superior work ethic, June
began her career over thirty years ago as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. She has
served in Management positions for the past twenty years. As General Manager
of Harleigh Crematory and Cemetery, and General Manager of Arlington and Bethel
Cemeteries, she was responsible for operations and accounting. She was also employed
as an Accountant for Medifac and Stevens Management Associates.

Ernie
Martin-Vice President/ Sales & Marketing
Ernie brings a wealth of experience to the
Pinnacle table. He has served
in the capacity of a sales and marketing professional for over thirty years,
and has specialized in the building services industry for the past twelve years. Amassing
an impressive portfolio of corporate accounts throughout his career, Ernie
has a clear vision of what sales and marketing is all about. His responsibilities
include creating and implementing a marketing strategy and defining sales goals.
William
G. White -Director of Operations
Bill joined the company in 1989. His total knowledge
of the service industry and fast track thinking
allows him to manage, schedule and supervise
with great ease. Before joining Pinnacle Services
he served as Sergeant in the U.S. Army for seven
years and still maintains National Guard status,
with over 20 years of combined service. The knowledge
and discipline he has gained has been a particular
asset to our company in providing top quality
services to each of our customers.

Charlotte
Larch - Payroll
Department
Charlotte brings more than 30 years of office
management experience, which enables her to process
payroll for 400+ employees easily. She joined
Pinnacle in September of 2000. Charlotte possess
a pleasant demeanor and completes all of her
tasks timely and efficiently. Pinnacle values
her abilities. Our employees feel confident that
their payroll checks are being processed accurately.

Marlene
Scargill, Recruiter
Marlene joined Pinnacle Services in February 2007. As our recruiter she is
often the first contact that applicants and employees will come to see. She
brings a multitude of knowledge from her prior experience in personnel and
recruiting for Employment Agencies. Marlene's high energy, out-going personality,
and fluency in Spanish enable her to successfully overcome the obstacle of
recruiting quality personnel for Pinnacle.

Janet
Olsen, Customer Service
Janey joined the staff of Pinnacle in July 2006. Her chief responsibility is
to perform quality control inspections. She has worked in customer service
for over 20 years. Her extensive experience in this field, combined with her
friendly personality, facilitate her in determining customer needs.

Mary
Rudilosse - Customer Service
Mary has worked in the facility management trade
for over fifteen years prior to joining Pinnacle in March 2007. She demonstrates
strong people and communication skills as well as being detail minded and highly
organized. In her capacity at Pinnacle, she is responsible for developing and
maintaining excellent customer service relations. As a liaison, she is highly
adept in communicating between customers management and staff

Vanessa
Taydus, Operation Administrative Assistant
Vanessa has a variety of experience in the building maintenance industry. She
started in this field while putting herself through college, performing actual
cleaning service tasks. Vanessa also worked as a facilities maintenance assistant
for Rite Aid, and then continued working in facility management for Commerce
bank when she relocated from Pennsylvania to New Jersey in 2005. Since joining
Pinnacle in 2006, Vanessa's prior experience has enabled her to be extremely
successful as our Operations Administrative Assistant.

Milica
Sevo, Business Development
Milica joined Pinnacle Services in October 2006.
Her superior time management skills and high attention to detail in analyzing
and researching markets are great assets to Pinnacle. Milica was employed as
a Court Interpreter for several years. Her experience as a travel agent abroad
and fluency in the Croatian Language bring European diversity to our company.
She is married for over eighteen years and is a mother of four.
