Our journey in the commercial cleaning business begins with the purchase of a ServiceMaster franchise in Camden County, New Jersey with a staff of ten employees. Our first year with the ServiceMaster franchise system, we were honored with the Eagle Award for largest dollar volume growth for a new franchise.

We continue our growth with emphases on customer service. Company reaches mile stone of seventy five employees.

Growth continues and we move our offices from a home based business to our new location with a total of 600 square feet.

Expansion is explosive! Two new markets were opened with the purchase of an existing ServiceMaster Franchise in Cumberland County, New Jersey, with 40 employees and $300,000.00 in revenue and opening a new franchise in the center city Philadelphia.

The company surpasses a million dollars in revenue and employs one hundred and twenty five employees. We move again to larger facilities to accommodate our growth.

Continuing our expansion we merge an independent cleaning contractor into our operation.

We achieved a ranking as one of the top ten franchises in North America in dollar volume out of more then 3,600 franchises in ServiceMaster.

We purchased another existing franchise in the Mercer County with eleven employees and $125,000.00 in revenue. Our staffing exceeds 200 employees.

Expansion and growth have taken a toll on the company resources and partnership. The challenges of dividing the company and reorganizing the structure of the company become top priority for management. In years to come this reorganization, with help from our associates and banking relationships, propels us to rethink our strategy and control growth.

We terminate our relationship with the franchise system and PINNACLE BUILDING SERVICES was born. This was a monumental step forward for our company. The name; “PINNACLE” was chosen to lead our independence and to achieve and be at the highest level of service to our customer and employees.
